About Me

I am a UI/UX designer with a background in aesthetics and visual culture. My work focuses on transforming complex ideas into clear, thoughtful digital experiences through structured interaction design and carefully crafted visual systems.

Before transitioning into digital design, I spent several years studying aesthetics and art theory. This academic background continues to influence the way I approach design today. It shaped my understanding that design is not only about functionality, but also about how people perceive, interpret, and emotionally experience digital environments.

In my work, I aim to balance analytical problem-solving with visual sensitivity. I enjoy exploring how interaction, layout, and visual hierarchy guide users naturally through an interface. My goal is to create products that are not only usable, but also coherent, engaging, and meaningful to experience.

I am particularly interested in the relationship between design and experience. Inspired by philosophical ideas such as John Dewey’s concept of Art as Experience, I see design as a process where interaction, perception, and structure come together to shape the overall quality of a user’s experience.

Currently, I focus on designing mobile applications, website interfaces, and digital products that simplify complex information while maintaining clarity, usability, and visual harmony.

My Approach to Design

My design process combines research, structure, and aesthetics.

I typically begin by understanding the user’s needs and the context in which a product will be used. From there, I translate complex ideas into clear information architecture and interaction flows. Visual design then builds on this structure to create an interface that feels intuitive, balanced, and engaging.

Through this approach, I aim to design products that are not only functional, but also provide a sense of coherence and clarity for the people who use them.

Background

My academic training in aesthetics has shaped the way I think about visual communication and user experience. Studying art theory encouraged me to think critically about perception, meaning, and the relationship between form and experience.

These ideas continue to inform my design work today, particularly in how I approach visual hierarchy, rhythm, balance, and interaction.

Beyond Design

Outside of design, I remain interested in philosophy, visual culture, and contemporary digital aesthetics. These interests help me stay curious about how design shapes the way people interact with technology and with each other.

I enjoy exploring new design tools, studying interface patterns, and continuously refining my craft as a designer.

I see design as a continuous learning process—an exploration of how structure, interaction, and aesthetics come together to shape meaningful digital experiences.
